Submissions are now open for the 2026 Roscommon International Film Festival, which is due to take place in County Roscommon this October.
Now entering its fourth year, the festival provides a platform for filmmakers and screenwriters to showcase their work, with entries invited from Ireland and abroad.
The festival is accepting submissions in a number of categories, including short films as well as short and feature-length screenplays. A wide range of genres will be considered, including drama, thriller, comedy and horror.
Organisers say the festival aims to support emerging talent both in front of and behind the camera, while also highlighting original storytelling from a variety of creative voices.
