Louise Killeen is a singer-songwriter from Loughrea, County Galway who known for her warm, expressive voice and heartfelt songwriting.
Louise is the special guest at the Hollywood Folk Club in Roscommon Town on Thursday, May 14th (show begins at 8 pm).
An award-winning artist, she has claimed top honours in two national competitions, including the Kiltimagh Performance and Songwriting Competition and the Clonmel Song Contest.
Louise released her debut album Stars in the Morning in 2005, followed by Brilliant Tease in 2016, both showcasing her distinctive acoustic sound and lyrical depth.
Her music has received critical acclaim, earning praise for its honesty, emotion, and melodic strength. She has also enjoyed national recognition, performing on The Late Late Show and receiving Album of the Week on RTÉ Radio 1.
Louise has toured extensively over the years and is currently working on her third album. With new music on the way, she is planning to tour Ireland and abroad in the coming year, continuing to connect with audiences through her authentic and engaging performances.
