Wear the shamrock for a Green party night at the ‘Widows Pat’s, Knockcroghery on Sunday, 16th March at 9.30 pm. Music by ‘Backstage’. A fun night for all with auction, raffles and fancy dress (optional). Proceeds in aid of Roscommon/Mayo Hospice. All welcome. Admission €10. HSE West has approved the development of an eight-bed palliative care support unit in Roscommon and a 14-bed specialist unit in Castlebar. Sites for both units have been selected. The units will cost almost €22 million to build. The Foundation has given a commitment to raise €11 million, 50 percent of the capital costs. Your support would be greatly appreciated.
