Public meeting on July 4th
A public meeting on the future of Lough Funshinagh will take place at 7 pm on Monday, July 4th at St. John’s Community Centre in Lecarrow.
The meeting entitled ‘Where next for the Lough Funshinagh communities?’ will bring together members of the affected communities of Ballagh, Rahara, and Lisphelim, as well as public representatives at local and national level.
Organisers have described the event as “a meeting to generate potential solutions to the crisis and on a remedial plan that needs to be put in place to save these communities”.
All members of the public are invited to attend the meeting.
