Abbey Hotel-O’Rourke Cup St. Brigids v Castlerea (Sunday at 2 pm) Quiet weekend with the big game in Hyde Park looming on Sunday week. This should be a very competitive game though. Both sides are going well and without their county stars both sides will be short. It’s never easy to win in Kiltoom but I think that Castlerea have the panel to take the points. Prediction: Castlerea. St.Aidans v St. Faithleachs (Sunday at 2 pm) Both sides have been inconsistent. Aidans drew with Pearses last weekend. Faithleachs did not have an outing against Kilbride. Faithleachs should win if get their strongest team out. Prediction: St. Faithleachs. Elphin v Roscommon Gaels (Wednesday, 13th June at 8.15 pm) This game has been refixed several times but should be a good contest. The Gaels have faltered after a good start. Elphin at home look stronger. Prediction: Elphin.
