Volunteer groups supporting children and young people across Roscommon are being invited to enter the Christmas FM Community Heroes Award.
The new award will recognise a voluntary group making a difference through activities such as sport, arts, mentoring or practical community support.
Groups must work with children under the age of 18 and be based in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland.
Members of the public can nominate a group, while voluntary groups can also put themselves forward.
The person submitting the nomination must be aged 18 or over, and the nominated group must consent to being entered and contacted.
The winning group will receive a prize package and be named the recipient of the inaugural 2026 award.
Entries close on December 2.
The nomination form and competition terms are available at christmasfm.com/heroes.
