They have been successful in recent weeks in closing a number of sales and now urgently require all types of properties.
Pat is also confirming that the letting period for land is fast approaching, with a number of clients contacting him looking for land to lease – both on 11 months and on 5-6 year leases. They are confirming that they have already let land this year on a 5-year lease for €285 per acre. They say this is a record price for land in the area.
