First Friday Friday next 7th December is the first Friday of the month. Masses at 8 am and 8 pm. Confessions will be heard in the Church at 7.30 pm before Mass. Recent wedding Congratulations to Sinead Ryan and Stephen Quinn who were married recently in this Church. Holy day Saturday next 8th December is the Feast of the Immaculate Conception. It is a holy day of obligation with Masses at 8 pm (Vigil Friday) 8.30 am, 10.30 am and 12.15 pm. Evening Mass 8 pm (Vigil) for Sunday. Time out at Advent Time Out for Advent with Mary Lee – as the festive season approaches, take time out from the hype and reflect on the spiritual celebration of Christmas. You will find a place of peace, soul-nurture and harmony amidst the busyness of this stressful time for so many. Beginning Wednesday, 5th November at 11 am. Carol service A Christmas carol service will take place on Sunday 16th December at 7 pm. in the Church. It is an ideal way to reflect on the deeper meaning of Christmas unveiled in song, music, the prophetic word and prayer. It lasts one hour. SPCA thanks Roscommon SPCA would like to thank SuperValu, Roscommon for allowing the recent bag pack. Thanks to everyone who contributed and to all the volunteers who donated their time. The recent coffee morning held in the Tattie Hoaker was a great success. €150 was raised. Mass at 6.45 pm followed by presentation of medals to all young players. Beekeepers quiz Suck Valley Beekeepers’ Association is holding its annual table quiz in Glencastle Lounge, Glinsk on Friday night 7th December. Table of four €20.
