The need for the publication of the Roscommon Town Traffic Plan was highlighted recently by Cllr. Martin Connaughton, who said that he favours paid parking. ‘This plan has been going on for a long time and I am urging Roscommon County Council to have it made available and get the design through and get working on a new road to decrease the amount of traffic in the town.
