Thousands of fans gathered on the Bray seafront this afternoon, outside Sinéad O’Connor’s former residence ‘Montebello’, to say their final goodbyes to the late Irish singer.
The property, where she had lived for 15 years, has become a place of pilgrimage for her fans who have been arriving daily to lay flowers in her memory.
A single pink chair sat outside the house with flowers, candles and a photo of the singer.
A private service took place on Tuesday morning before the funeral cortège travelled past her former home in Bray so fans could pay their respects.
