Seamus advised that given the value for money these two properties represent, it is no surprise that the phones have not stopped ringing. Indeed the development in Cootehall was selected by a journalist in the Irish Times recently due to the excellent value for money.
Both the residential development comprising 12 houses at Quay West, Cootehall, Co. Roscommon and the former Meadowlands Nursing Home, Cloonfad, Co. Roscommon will sell next Friday, REA Carthy says.
