The Teagasc Roscommon/Longford Advisory service are running a new series of their very popular farming webinars. This series will take place over three evenings on Zoom in January, starting at 8 pm each evening.

There will be a mix of speakers, including Damien Barrett from the Regional Veterinary Laboratory, Tommy Fallon (IFAC in Roscommon), Conor Geraghty (FarmGate Veterinary Group), and a number of local Teagasc Advisors.
The range of topics that will be covered are farm schemes updates, farm taxation, requirements when making changes to herd numbers, fertiliser planning 2026, TB on farms, and the New Veterinary Medicine regulations. This is a great opportunity for all farmers to hear the most up to date technical and scheme information on farming in the Roscommon-Longford region.
The webinars will last for an hour, and they are open to all farmers to join. A recording of the webinar will be available to watch on the Teagasc Roscommon/Longford YouTube channel afterwards.
