The ‘Taste of the Lakelands’ food festival went down a treat in Lanesboro this year as people flocked to the town to sample some of Ireland’s best food.
To celebrate the successful event, Taste of the Lakelands at Christmas will host will showcase this evening (Thursday 8th) at 6 pm in The Convent B&B and Guesthouse courtyard on Main Street in the town.
Come 6 pm this evening there will be a mixture of food and crafts on display along with plenty of Christmas cheer!
Due to space being at a premium at the venue, visitors to the event are asked to come along early. The event will run until 9 pm to give everyone a chance to experience a ‘Taste of the Lakelands’ at Christmas.
The organisers of this new and exciting festival wish to take this opportunity in acknowledging the role of visitors to ‘Taste of the Lakelands’ in making this year’s event a great success. This evening provides the organisers with an opportunity to say thank you and wish supporters a Happy Christmas in person while enjoying another Taste of the Lakelands extravaganza!
All are welcome to come along to The Convent B&B Guesthouse tonight (Thursday) to sample the wonderful food and crafts in a warm, festive atmosphere.
