A substance abuse and addiction seminar, which will examine the signs and symptoms of substance abuse the effects and possible interventions, takes place in Ballinlough this month. The seminar will be held in the White House Hotel in Ballinlough on Thursday, April 17th from 7.30 pm to 9.15 pm.
