The 2025 St Patrick’s Day parade in Ballintubber honoured the late Anthony Waldron. The popular local community activist passed away suddenly last month. There was a minute’s silence in memory of Anthony followed by the release of tricolour balloons. This was a fitting and poignant tribute by his community to the late Cllr Waldron. May he rest in peace.
