St. Coman’s Handball Club in Roscommon town is hosting an Open Day this Sunday from 12 pm.
This is the perfect opportunity for people of all ages to go along and try this fast-paced sport for themselves. There will be a tour of the facilities with coaches and instructors and registration for new members will also take place on the day.
There will also be an additional information night for adults next Tuesday evening (17th) between 7.30 and 9 pm.
Handball is a sport for all ages and St. Coman’s boasts talented players from juvenile level all the way up to handball masters in their 80s!
It’s an indoor, non-contact sport with proven health benefits, so why not go along to St. Coman’s this Sunday to try it for yourself.
