Two late goals from Nigel Dineen put some respectability on the scoreboard. Breda Hanley of Roscommon scored a sensational 4-2 in that match.  Roscommon Primary Schools Camogie Final:  Athleague 6-1 Ballyforan 4-0.  Roscommon GAA teams had a notable double in New York when their mens and womens teams scored championship wins in Gaelic park on the same day.
