Solstice Choir finale at Sacred Heart Church

Roscommon Cancer Support Service at Vita House Family Centre is delighted to announce that Roscommon Solstice choir will perform ‘Songs of Praise’, the final show of their summer programme at Sacred Heart Church, Roscommon this Sunday (July 3rd) at 8 pm.

Special guest performers on the night will be showband legend, Frankie McDonald, and one of Ireland’s best-known singers, Eleanor Shanley.

Eleanor, originally from Keshcarrigan, has spent most of her life developing a massive traditional Irish music repertoire, as well as touring with the likes of DeDanann, Ronnie Drew and Damien Dempsey, to name but a few.

Tickets for this celebration of music are €10 and can be purchased at Vita House, Abbey Street or from Charlie O’Brien at Rosmed Pharmacy.
