Roscommon Solstice Choir would like to say a massive thank you to everyone from Roscommon and beyond who voted for the choir in the recent Epic Awards 2017 People’s Choice Award.
The award will be formally presented to the choir at an event in Kilbride Community Centre on Friday, 7th of April at 8 pm and everyone is invited to attend.
Minister for Arts, Heritage, Regional, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs, Heather Humphreys TD sent a message of congratulations.
She said: “Winning the People’s Choice Award is also an incredible accolade for the Roscommon Solstice Choir and reflects the huge achievements of the choir in building a supportive local creative network as well as raising significant funds for charities locally and further afield.”
