For one night only, on this Saturday, 7th of April, South Roscommon Singers Circle will host a session of country and old-time music, songs, parodies and stories.
We’ll have old-time classics from the greats of the 1920s & ‘30s right through to the legends of the 1940s, ’50 and ‘60s – from Vernon Delhart and Uncle Dave Macon through to Waylon, Willie, J.C. & Tom T.
There will be special ‘appearances’ by The Carter Family, Hank Williams, Marty Robins and Patsy Clyne, among others.
So, don’t miss it – it’s on in Murray’s, Knockcroghery. It all starts at 8.30 pm and admission is free.
