Sinead Gannon now at the helm of Xpress Fitness in Ballygar!

There was lots of local support on Friday night last as Sinead Gannon’s tenure at the helm of Xpress Fitness in Ballygar got underway. Sinead is a familiar figure to members at the popular Ballygar gym, having managed the facility since it opened a year and a half ago and now that she has taken over the lease she is looking forward to the new challenge. To mark the new departure, there are lots of great membership offers currently available at Xpress Fitness – the perfect way to put those new year’s resolutions into action and undergo your own personal ‘operation transformation’ in the comfortable and confidential surroundings of Xpress Fitness with the help of professional staff such as Sinead Gannon and Ciara O’Malley. The service on offer at Xpress Fitness differs considerably from most other fitness facilities, being more personal and tailored to individual needs. Motivation is also a key element in the success enjoyed by members at Xpress Fitness and Sinead Gannon specialises in personal training for clients.  A native of Cloverhill, Sinead now lives in Mote Park with her husband Francis Carr, who is a director of the company involved. Her experience in the business is vast. She started in the industry five and a half years ago, at Coral Leisure in Roscommon. She spent four years there as gym manager, before going on to Leisureland where she worked on a new gym which opened at that facility. Indeed, she continues to work in Leisureland on a consultancy basis. Prior to starting work, she gained NCEF qualifications through the University of Limerick, completing levels one to three, which also qualifies Sinead as a tutor.  The Ballygar facility is open Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 10 pm and Saturday 9 am to 2 pm. It features top-quality equipment, including treadmills, cross trainers, rowers, weights, both resistance and free weights, and stability balls. A very friendly and relaxed atmosphere is another advantage of Xpress Fitness. The official opening of Xpress Fitness took place on Friday night last. To mark the official opening, there is a special offer on membership running until February 8th, with €100 off all membership. Single membership, which is usually €299, is €200. The price for a couple will be €300, down €100 from the usual price of €400, while the cost for a family will be €500, as opposed to the usual price of €600. To contact Xpress Fitness, ring Sinead Gannon at (090) 66 24454 or (087) 9215490 or gannonsinead@yahoo.ie . Alternatively drop in during the open day on February 1st and avail of the great value on offer.
