Roscommon selector Eamonn McManus says that the Roscommon team are really looking forward to the game against Cork. ‘There is a great buzz in the squad after the Meath game but we all realise that game is only one performance and it is no good if we don’t do it against Cork on Sunday’ he said. ‘There will be a huge media hype surrounding this game but we cannot concern ourselves with that. Cork are a good side and they are coming to Kiltoom with a lot to prove. They got to the All-Ireland final last year so they have a lot of good players’ he added. ‘We have got to play with the same intensity as we did against Meath if we want to win and hopefully we will do that’ Eamonn continued. ‘We are glad to welcome back Seanie McDermott and Gary Cox to the team. The injuries we had are clearing up and it is good to have competition for places on the team’ he concluded.
