Roscommon U-20 hurlers reach All-Ireland final after extra-time thriller against Tyrone

Roscommon’s U-20 hurlers are in the All Ireland final after they defeated Tyrone by 5-10 (25) to 1-18 (21) in a game that went to extra time in Garvaghy on Saturday. John Benton’s side scored three first half goals to lead by 3-2 to 0-11 at half time. Roscommon scored a fourth goal in the 41st minute and at the end of normal time it was Roscommon 4-7 Tyrone 1-16. But a dramatic late goal at the end of extra time put Roscommon into the final where they will take on Derry.
