Church gate collection The Irish Society for Autism will hold their annual Church gate collection next weekend on 19th and 20th April. Please support. Tai Chi classes Enrolment is now taking place for Tai Chi classes at Vita House in Roscommon. Early booking is advisable as places are limited. Other courses available include ‘Move on and re-build’ a course for separated people beginning on April 16th, and weekly meditation takes place at 1.30 to 2 pm every Thursday. Special Olympics The Special Olympics bowling club continues every Thursday 8 pm at Roscommon Bowling Alley, Lanesboro Road. Twelfth night Come see a modern-dress adaptation of Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night at the Roscommon Arts Centre April 17th and 18th at 8 p.m.  Local cast includes Tommy Murray, Con Connelly and Blaithin O’Rourke of Roscommon.  Performance runs 90 minutes with no intermission. RosArt ’93 exhibition The RosArt ’93 group is holding its 15th annual exhibition of new paintings and photography in The Fortfield Suite, Abbey Hotel, Roscommon, commencing with the official opening on Friday, 11th April at 8 pm. The exhibition will continue on Saturday 12th April and Sunday 13th April from 10 am each day. All welcome and admission is free.
