Roscommon business takes Ploughing award!

Roscommon company, Acres Machinery, yesterday (Wednesday) won the award for Best Farm Machinery at the National Ploughing Championships in Screggan.

  The company, which is owned by David Doran, won the award for the new Supercrop1.

  The Supercrop1 combines three jobs in one and reduces the time and costs involved in the wilting process of hay and silage.
