Arts, cultural and community organisations in County Roscommon are being encouraged to apply for a new funding programme worth at least €430,000 nationally.
The Ireland Funds has opened applications for the Arts and Culture round of its Heart of the Community Fund.
Eligible organisations can seek grants ranging from €5,000 to €25,000.
Arts and culture organisations can apply for support towards their core activities, while community organisations can seek funding for arts-based programmes and projects.
Applications opened on Monday, September 14th and will close at 5 pm on Friday, October 2nd.
The Ireland Funds says the programme is aimed at supporting organisations responding to local needs while strengthening access to arts, culture and creative activity.
Information workshops will be held during the application period.
