A large semi-detached retail unit on Castle Street, Roscommon town, will go on sale for a reserve price of just €20,000 at an Allsop property auction in the RDS, Dublin, next Tuesday.
Formerly a Cosmo supermarket, the property measures over 6,000 sq. ft.
A number of other properties in Co. Roscommon will also go under the hammer on the same day, including a semi-detached three-bedroom house at Castlecourt, Ballaghaderreen, with a reserve of just €25,000.
Two properties in Boyle are also on the market: a detached three-bedroom house at Forest View, for €40,000; and a detached four-bedroom house at Corrigeenroe, for a reserve of just €20,000.
In nearby Carrowmore, Croghan, a lovely detached three-bedroom house could be available for as little as €45,000.
A mid-terrace three bedroom house in Bealnamullia, Athlone, will go under the hammer for a reserve price of €65,000.
Meanwhile, at a separate Allsop auction next Thursday in the RDS, a semi-detached four-bedroom house at Foxwood Manor, Boyle, will go under the hammer with a reserve of €40,000.
Finally, a detached three-bedroom bungalow in Clonown, near Athlone, will also carry a reserve of €40,000 that day.
