Celebrity chef Clodagh McKenna was in Fleming’s SuperValu in Roscommon on Thursday last giving top tips to Customers as the local launch of the SuperValu recipe book ‘Real Food, Real People’ was launched. The book was compiled following a nationwide competition. A winning recipe was chosen from the recipes received in each store, including Flemings and they were combined with Clodagh’s own recipes for the new book. The book is now on sale in store in Flemings, priced at €14.95. Each SuperValu has nominated a local charity to receive the proceeds of the book and SuperValu in Roscommon nominated the local Brothers of Charity.
