REA Seamus Carthy’s properties will be promoted via their E-Newsletter to 300,000 subscribers and shared on social media to 550,000 followers ensuring maximum exposure. Properties brought by our office to the exhibition will be included in the Property Show brochure which is shared with thousands of connections in the US, UK and here at home in Ireland.
There will be a presentation today. Seamus Carthy advised that last year we held this event in New York and it proved to be a resounding success. Over 500 people attended the event and REA connected with thousands of people throughout the promotion of the event.
Seamus further advised that, “travelling to New York last year proved extremely beneficial. We believed that there was a large US market that we needed to tap into and we therefore showcased Irish properties to US buyers in Fitpatrick’s Hotel, New York. From this exhibition we have created sales and invaluable contacts and believe that now is an important time to refocus on these buyers again in Boston to assist them in their journey to move home.”
A recent survey undertaken by IrishCentral.com shows that one in three Irish-Americans have considered buying a house in Ireland at some point over the last ten years.
The survey, conducted by Amárach Research/Irishcentral.com, revealed that more than half of Irish-American retirees say they would consider splitting their time between the US and Ireland, one-third of Irish-Americans living in the US own property in Ireland, and one-third expressed an interest in purchasing a house in Ireland between now and 2019.
