Preparations continue for launch of Greenfields

Greenfields, a development of 46 houses at Lanesboro Road, Roscommon is currently under construction and the first phase of homes in the new development will be launched in coming weeks.             The development is under construction with Command Construction. Energy efficiency is a major part of the design feature on the new two, three and four bedroom homes. The energy rating will ensure that new home owners save on heating costs while also being safe in the knowledge that the low energy usage is minimising the effect on the environment. Insulation is the key to the energy efficiency in the new homes. Denbren Homes’ insulation consists of a 100 mm block, 150 mm cavity pumped with insulation, 100 mm block and 50 mm dry lining, making your home, snug, warm and cheaper to heat.             As Roscommon town continues to expand in terms of retail, commercial and residential property markets, the town has proven hugely popular with new home owners, attracted by the pleasant surroundings, excellent educational facilities and the availability of a range of leisure facilities.
