Pat Hughes hopeful of imminent sale of prime Rahara farm

Pat Hughes and Company, Roscommon, are reporting this week that a large crowd attended their auction which was held last Friday at the Abbey Hotel for 60 acres of agricultural land located at Carrowmoney, Rahara, Roscommon.

  A large crowd attended the auction, however, the property failed to reach its reserve and was withdrawn. Pat is confirming that they are negotiating with the under-bidders and other interested parties and is hopeful of concluding the sale in the coming weeks.

  Pat is confirming that this is one of the finest farms to come on the market in recent times with approximately a half-mile of road frontage and breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and the River Shannon.
