Abbey Health and Fitness at the Abbey Hotel will play host to parent and baby swimming classes for eight weeks starting on Wednesday, September 7th. The classes will cater for parents and children aged 12 weeks to 5 years and will run for 30 minutes from 10 am to 1.30 pm each day. Starting at 10 am for children aged 12 weeks to 6 months, followed by the 6 months to 12 months group at 10.45 am, then 12-18 months at 11.30 am, 18 months-24 months at 12.15 pm and finishing with the 2 years to 5 years age group at 1 pm each day.
Eight weeks of classes cost €40 for members and €60 for non-members and names are now being taken for classes.
