Break-in in Roscommon  An apartment at Stone Court Centre in Roscommon Town was broken into and a sum of money was stolen on Friday 7th March last. The break-in took place between 11 am and 10 pm and Gardai in Roscommon Town are investigating. Mobile phones stolen  Gardai in Roscommon Town are investigating the theft of two mobile phones at Casey’s Garage, Roscommon on Tuesday of this week. The theft happened between 12 noon and 5 pm. The phones were stolen from the office area in the garage. Gardai want to know about anyone who may have been acting suspiciously in the area of Casey’s garage on Tuesday afternoon to contact them 090-6638300. Van burnt out  A van was found burnt out at a builders yard at Scramogue Cross, Strokestown on Saturday night last. The van was set on fire between 9.30 pm and 9.45 pm. Gardai in Roscommon Town are investigating. Break-in in Strokestown  A car was broken into outside Lisroyne National School in Strokestown on Monday last and a wallet was stolen. The theft took place between 11.30 am and 12.30 pm. The front door of the car was forced while the owner was attending a play at the school. Gardai are advising people not to leave valuables on show in cars in any area. Computer stolen  On Monday morning a laptop computer was taken from the Spar supermarket in Strokestown. The theft took place between 9.15 am and 9.30 am. Gardai in Roscommon are investigating.
