Burglary at restaurant A burglary occurred at Moma’s Restaurant, Main Street, Roscommon Town last Friday night/ Saturday morning. Entry was gained via a flat roof at the back of the premises and a small amount of cash and jewellery was stolen. Gardai in Roscommon Town are investigating. Break-in in Lecarrow A vacant house at Ballybrogan, Lecarrow was broken into recently and a TV was stolen. The incident happened between the 1st and the 4th of April. Gardai in Roscommon Town are looking for information. Two arrested Two people were arrested in Roscommon town over the weekend on suspicion of drunken driving. The arrests took place on Friday and Saturday night. 14 vehicles seized A total of 14 vehicles were seized by Roscommon Town gardai over last weekend. It is thought that seven vehicles were seized for tax and insurance purposes while the other seven were taken in for further examination.
