422 planning permissions were granted in the second quarter of this year in County Roscommon. 147 dwellings and 189 other constructions were given the go ahead, as well as 73 extensions and 13 alterations. The newly planned developments will have a total floor area of 131,000 sq. metres. Of the newly planned developments 130 are for new one-off houses and eight applications will see 46 new apartments constructed.
