‘May Day’ is the latest exhibition being held in the artist led initiative known as ‘Mandala’ outside Strokestown, Co. Roscommon where one of the artists, Siobhan Cox-Carlos, uses her home as a gallery space. This is an exciting exhibition of paintings and sculpture by emerging and mid-career artists based in Cavan, Dublin, Galway, Roscommon and Westmeath. The exhibition is being opened on Thursday, 1st of May at 7 pm by Joanne McCarthy, Director of the McBride Gallery in Killarney. More information next week.
