A major reunion takes place in Roscommon town on Friday, April 13 th next when the Golden Jubilee celebrations for the CBS Roscommon 1957 Leaving Certificate class and CBS Connacht Colleges Senior Football champions takes place. The Golden Jubilee Mass takes place in the CBS at 3 pm on Friday, April 13 th and this will be celebrated by past-pupil, Fr. Liam Devine. The Golden Jubilee Dinner will follow at 4.30 pm (approx.) and this will be followed by the launch of the Golden Jubilee magazine and a presentation of commemorative medals to team members. Mementos will be presented to all in attendance. On Saturday, 14 th of April a Golf Outing will take place at Roscommon Golf Course.
