Lone parents dissatisfied with the level of support and the lack of interest in your needs as a parent, are invited to attend a meeting in Spell’s public house, Pound Street, Ballaghaderreen from 7.30 pm to 8.30 pm on Thursday, June 14th. The meeting is being organised by a few lone parents in the county who want to activate a support group to identify and address the needs of lone parents in the county. Organisers would be delighted to see anybody who is parenting alone at the meeting, male, female, single, widowed, divorced, separated or deserted.
