Two businesses and one house in Patrick Street, Boyle, could sell for as little as €85,000 – less than €29,000 apiece – at an Allsop online auction on Wednesday, July 13th.
They are being offered collectively as one lot. The property is arranged over ground, first and second floors to provide a former public house, called The Abbey Bar, a former salon and a three-bedroom townhouse.
Bidding for the property will start at €85,000, with Allsop saying the reserve range is between €85,000 and €95,000.
The only other property in the county that will go under the virtual hammer that day is a three-bedroomed house at Tarmonbarry.
Located in Tarmon Harbour, the modern house extends to almost 1,600 sq. ft. and will carry a reserve range of between €95,000 and €105,000.
A five-bedroomed detached house at nearby Lanesboro will also be auctioned for the same reserve price.
Two offices in Carrick-on-Shannon will also be available at the auction: a 1,613 sq. ft. premises at Hartley Business Park will have a reserve of between €35,000 and €45,000; another office of similar size in the same development will have a reserve of between €20,000 and €30,000.
