Auctioneer Pat Hughes is confirming that they have received a lot of interest in two residential farms that they advertised in the Roscommon People recently.
The first property is located at Glenballythomas, Tulsk, Co. Roscommon and is a circa 66-acre farm with a good range of out-offices, including a five-bay slatted shed.
The property appears at present to be going in one lot despite a number of enquiries about small portions of the property. It appears to be selling in one lot at present. The property can be sold with entitlements worth in the region of €12,000 per annum if required.
The second farm is located at Carrowkeel, Dysart, Co. Roscommon containing circa 56 acres and a three-bedroomed residence. Pat is also confirming that this farm appears now to be going in one lot as opposed to several lots as previously anticipated.
