John Roche Auctioneering has moved closer to the heart of Dunmore Town, as the company relocates to their offices in The Square.
John has been in the business of auctioneering for several years now and specialises in residential and commercial sales & lettings in the West of Ireland.
He set up business in 2006 at a rented office located on High Street, Dunmore. Within a year he purchased a building on the opposite side of the street, which he renovated before he and his team continued to run the successful property business in this new office.
In 2014 John purchased a second building located in The Square, Dunmore Town. Over the last few months this premises has been renovated and John has now moved his auctioneering business into this very central location in the heart of Dunmore.
Customers can call into the office and receive an in depth knowledge of what to expect when buying, selling or renting a property in the west of Ireland.
St. Jarlath’s Credit Union are now leasing the previous building and John and his team would like to wish them the very best of luck in the future.
