The Irish Wheelchair Association will host a consultation session in the Cuisle Holiday Centre in Donamon on Thursday next, as it prepares to develop its strategic plan for 2008 – 2011. The aim of the consultation sessions are to provide a forum for discussion and planning for people with disabilities, their families, staff, volunteers, statutory and voluntary agencies, the general public and friends. Interested parties are invited to attend the consultation session on Thursday, January 17th in the Cuisle holiday centre. There are three two-hour sessions, 11 am to 1 pm, 2 pm to 4 pm and 7 pm to 9 pm. Questions to be addressed include: What does the Irish Wheelchair Association do well? What could it do better? What should it prioritise to be undertaken and included in the next strategic development plan? Your attendance and participation would be greatly welcomed and appreciated. To confirm attendance, contact Kate Connolly on (090) 6662277 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
