In court in connection with road deaths

A man has appeared in court in connection with the fatal road crash in Athlone a week and a half ago which claimed the lives of two brothers.    25 year old Daniel Ignaczak from Athlone is charged with dangerous driving causing the death of 26 year old Lukasch Klincewicz and his younger brother, 17 year old Maximillian.   He was the driver of the car which crashed head-on with a minibus at Cornafulla on the main Galway to Dublin Road. The Polish national was refused bail as he had no passport and will appear before Ballinasloe Court on the 20th of February.
