A large crowd is expected to converge on the Into the West public house in Frenchpark on Friday, 28th of March, where local auctioneer James Kilcoyne will place for sale a high quality residential farm that is one of the most interesting properties to have come on the local market this year. This residential farm, which has direct access to the famous and scenic Lough Gara lake, is situated in the townlands of Callow, Runnameelta, Barnaboy, and Carrownurlar in Frenchpark. It has attracted great interest locally and from outside buyers. It is expected that there will be a significant number of prospective buyers at the auction on Friday week. The public auction will commence at three o’clock. The farm, which features developed outbuildings, will be sold in one, two, or three lots. Lot one consists of a residence and outbuildings on 33.5 acres of lands. This lot features some land of the highest quality and also incorporates land of average quality. Lot one directly accesses Lough Gara, and also offers rural development potential. Lot two comprises circa five and a half acres of average quality and turbary/bog in two lots. The third lot is 10 acres of exceptional prime quality land with road frontage with potential for one residential site. Commenting on the property as he prepared for the eagerly awaited public auction, Mr. Kilcoyne described the farm as ‘unique’ and urged prospective customers to contact his office. ‘This is a unique opportunity for clients who wish to commence farming or to add to existing holdings. We urgently invite immediate inspection with the auctioneers who are sole agents,’ said Mr. Kilcoyne. Telephone (094) 98 60039. Email jameskilcoyne@eircom.net Website jameskilcoyne.com
