Hurlers have sights on same billings as Dubs!

Roscommon’s senior hurlers have a great incentive when they take to the field against Louth in the semi-finals of the Nicky Rackard Cup in Dundalk  this Saturday night (7 pm) as it has been announced by the GAA that the final of the competition will be the curtain-raiser to the All-Ireland SFC quarter final involving Dublin on Saturday August 11th.   That means that if David McConn’s men were to make it through the semi-final they would almost certainly be playing in front of a capacity 82,500 people at GAA headquarters. The Nicky Rackard Cup final will also be shown live on RTE TV.
