Roscommon 2-20 Armagh 0-6
Roscommon hurlers produced their best display in a couple of years when they defeated Armagh by 2-20 to 0-6 at Dr Hyde Park.
Armagh had corner back Barry Short red carded after only 7 minutes and Roscommon took full advantage.
Seamus Qualter’s men led 0-14 to 0-3 at half-time and goals from Naos Connaughton and Cormac Mulry in the second half saw the home side complete a very easy win.
