Hughes & Company are reporting a very satisfactory year with a number of sales recorded. Pat is confirming that they have had a much better year than last year with more properties selling and prices on the increase.
The biggest problem for Pat at present is the lack of new properties coming on the market. The demand is much greater than the supply at the moment. They are hopeful of having a number of new developments in the coming year.

The offices of Hughes & Company, Abbey Street, Roscommon will close on Friday, 21st of December at 2 pm and will re-open on Wednesday, 2nd of January 2019 at 9.30 am.

Hughes & Company, which was set up in 1924 by Patrick Hughes and Patrick Naughton in Ballygar, is one of the longest established auctioneering firms in the country.
Pat celebrated 25 years at the head of the company on the 29th of November. The company has seen huge changes over this period, with many highs and lows.
The company continues to go from strength to strength.
