This week Pat Hughes is pleased to confirm that they have been successful in having sale agreed two portions of land which they had for sale in Dysart for final offers recently.
The lands were sold in two separate lots with 33 acres being sold to a farmer who has rented the lands for over 30 years.
Lot 2 containing 15 acres, was sold in Ballyglass to Mr. Joseph Naughton, auctioneer.
Pat is confirming that the lands sold for over €10,000 per acre.
