A special night’s entertainment is promised in Glinsk this week as a social for Glinsk Housing Association takes place in the Glencastle Lounge. The housing association plans to build ten houses for the use of elderly people from the local area. An impressive three-and-a-half acre site was acquired from Church authorities and this has now been transferred into the ownership of the local housing association. A plan for the project has been drawn up and must now be adapted to meet Department of Environment criteria. Funds are needed for the project and a social is being held in the Glencastle Lounge in Glinsk on St. Patrick’s night with music by Dene Lane and Gracelands. A great night’s entertainment is guaranteed and your support in bringing his housing project to fruition would be much appreciated.
