A major march in support of the retention of services at Roscommon County Hospital will be held on Saturday 17th November at 2 pm. The march is organised by members of Roscommon County Council and enjoys cross-party support. Organisers are preparing to write to all organisations in the county inviting them to attend the march, with banners from the different organisations. Protesters will march from Roscommon County Hospital to the Square, starting at 2 pm. At the Square, protesters will hear from a number of speakers, none of whom will be politicians as the march is non-political.
